Q. How long are the conference sessions?
A. About 60-75 minutes; depending on questions and interest in discussions afterwards.

Q. When does the conference end?
A. The last session/lunch ends early afternoon on Tuesday September 22.

Q. When do sessions start in the morning?
A. Continental breakfast starts at 8:30 am. Sessions start at 9:30 am. A schedule will be posted on the conference registration web page.

Q. Is the hotel included in the registration fee?
A. No, you will be given a conference rate of $239 at the Hotel Downtown Chicago by clicking on the link from our page. Please do not go through the Hotel Downtown website, as you will not receive the discount.

Q. Can I extend my stay at the hotel at the same rate of $239?
A. Extending your stay at the conference rate is dependent upon hotel availability. Please contact hotel directly for details.
*** Note that there are a limited number of rooms available at the reduced rate.

Q. Is there an Early-Bird Rate?
A. Yes, $775 until May 31st. After that date the registration fee is $875.

Q. Can I bring a guest?
A. Yes to the Sunday evening opening reception and to the Monday evening Cubs game. However there is a $50 fee for guests to attend the Cubs Game. Additional guests beyond the first guest will be charged at $100 per person. The guest fee option may be selected upon registration.

Q. How do I get to the Cubs Event?
A. Wizard Software will be providing transportation to and from the event, or you can take advantage of the Chicago CTA (also known as the EL). Take the Grand Red Line stop north (toward Howard) and alight at Addison for Wrigley Field. The Grand Red Line is the closest station to Hotel Chicago Downtown.

Q. What meals are included?
A. Breakfast and lunch Monday and Tuesday, an hors d' oeuvres reception on Sunday evening and dinner on Monday night.

Q. Which airport should I fly into/how do I get to the hotel?
A. Public Transportation:
From Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW):
Hotel Chicago Downtown is approximately 35 minutes by train from Midway International Airport (11 miles). Take the Orange Line to Clark and Lake. Walk one block east on Lake Street and two blocks north on Dearborn. Cost: $3.00.

O'Hare International Airport (ORD):
Hotel Chicago Downtown is approximately 45 minutes by train from O'Hare International Airport (17 miles). Take the Blue Line to Clark and Lake. Walk one block east on Lake Street and two blocks north on Dearborn. Cost: $5.00.

Q. How much is a cab?
A. Chicago O'Hare International Airport:
From O'Hare, a cab takes 25-35 minutes, depending on traffic, and the fare is about $35-$40 before tolls and tip.

Chicago Midway Airport:
From Chicago Midway, a cab takes 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, and the fare is about $26-$30 before tolls and tip.

Q. If I pay by check, when will I be invoiced?
A. You will be invoiced within one week of registering for the conference.
